Nikki Chesworth
Founder & Director
With over 20 years of marketing experience, Nikki has worked with a wide variety of clients and industries. Over the past 5 years Nikki has concentrated on building a successful Customer Advocacy program which supports private and public sector customers for joint promotion of their digital transformation for mutual recognition and kudos. Since January 2015 Nikki has driven Microsoft UK's Enterprise Customer Reference and Advocacy programme. This programme was recognised as the number one programme globally in Microsoft, as well as, winning several external industry awards. Nikki has also recently worked with Juniper Networks, CenturyLink Technologies, TATA Communications and Gigamon on a variety of Marketing Initiatives and Customer Advocacy Programmes; building relationships and assets and offering best practice advice.

Vanessa has worked as a Marketing professional for many years supporting a cross section of industries, primarily from an agency or freelance perspective. Vanessa's objective is to provide expertise and practical hands-on support to enable businesses to focus on their day to day challenges, by delivering strategic planning, program management and bespoke packages. Most recently, Vanessa has specialised in building and growing Customer Advocacy programs worldwide with some of the largest IT companies. Content is King when it comes to any marketing program and Vanessa is able to provide advice and experience in how to best atomise and amplify content to make it work harder for longer.
